The event facility is set in a lovely wooden barn on our beautiful rural property amid redwoods and oaks. It is located in the Russian River wine region, near the historic township of Occidental. The barn features an expansive light filled indoor/outdoor entertainment space.

Free parking is available on site and nearby.

Concept

Our events pair curated wines from a single winery with complementary chef-created small plates.

Guests mingle with featured vignerons and winemakers exploring new wines, sharing histories and describing production techniques.

Our 2026 series will continue to feature the unique Green Valley of the Russian River Valley sub-appellation. We are also expanding to neighboring appellations, including Dry Creek, Alexander Valley and Sonoma Coast.

New this year, we are offering specialized pre-dinner vineyard tours in conjunction with winemakers who source their grapes from nearby vineyards. These events will provide an additional level of insight into the relationship between the growing and winemaking processes.

Timing Options

1.     Saturday or Sunday evening from 4-7 including a 4-course tasting/pairing menu.

2.     Saturday or Sunday from 2-5 pm including 2 course tasting/pairing menu.

We want to know what you find exciting right now about West Sonoma County wines. For example, options can highlight recent vintages, unique blends, top performers, and unusual styles.

We do not charge a fee to wineries to participate. The setup allows your winery to:

• Showcase your wine in an intimate, informal setting,

• introduce your wines to new buyers.

• Sign up new club members.

Winemakers Responsibilities

• Contribute wines for tasting.

• Set up a wine display in our flexible exhibit space for tasting and sale- can include other wines and merchandise.

• Introduce your wines with a brief overview of the winery's history and process.

• Present the wine paired with each course.

• Pour ~3 oz tastings per course.

• Join guests at the tables during each course.

• Promote event on website, social media mailing lists and club members.
